Please be on time! At the same time, however, don’t be too early. We need every moment to prepare for your child’s party.
WE SET UP EVERYTHING FOR YOU BEFORE YOUR PARTY START TIME.
Arrival time for every party is no earlier than 15 minutes before beginning of Booked Party Start time .
If any of your guests arrive late they will join the party at the stage it is in progress.
We cannot stop the party to do hair, make-up or nails to accommodate 30 minutes late guests , so please let the other parents know to be on time or their child wont get to participate in the full beauty room activities .
Please let us know the correct number of children attending!
We know that you may not be able to pin-point the exact number when booking , but approximately 7 DAYS BEFORE YOUR PARTY THE MANAGER of Olivia’s will contact you to find out how many kids will be attending the party and answer any last minute questions you may have.
There has to be verbal contact 5 days before your party to stop a possible error or miscommunication. Please call us at 727-992-6170 or email us if you have any questions.. We can’t prepare for your party if we don’t know how many guests are coming.
Parents/Adults are welcomed. We do not charge for adults for our kids parties.
The adults will not be waited on and seating at our heart shaped dinning room table is for the kids only.
We do have a front room counter top to place food that is brought in for adults. And we do supply plates, napkins, utensils , and cups and we pre set it up buffet/Cocktail party style, on the front room counter top for adults.
DEPOSIT/ PAYMENTS /CANCELATIONS
A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to reserve a party .
The Final Head count of children attending and Remainder balance is due due in full 1 week before the Party.
No Shows are charged at full party value.
Parties can not be canceled up to 30 days before the party.
All of our hair brushes and combs are sanitized before every party.
We only use disposable applicators for make up application.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who has head lice and other spreadable disease.
